what is power vinyasa yoga?

In vinyasa yoga, the body moves in sync with the breath, creating fluid and smooth movements, so it's also known as “flow” yoga. Power yoga is based on these same principles, but is typically more athletic and physical which is why it is growing in popularity in gyms, not just yoga studios.

what DO I NEED TO BRING TO A CLASS?

Yourself! Wear comfy sportswear and bring a jumper as you may cool down in the resting poses. Mats, blocks and straps will be provided in the studio. Don’t forget a bottle of water!

what time should i arrive?

Arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so you can put all your stuff down, grab your equipment and chat to me about any injuries, or just the weather!
